Conscious breathing meditation

These sessions are born from the need to create a space of silence. We often run forward, seeking happiness in the next achievement, partner, project or adventure, but what bothers us in the present will still be present in all those "next" and possible futures. That's why I invite you to sit with me, to find a moment of silence and dedicate it to yourself. In these sessions, we create a connection with our consciousness through breathing, meditate on it, and travel through it.

We are often told that meditating is about emptying the mind, but it's actually about creating a state of flow of consciousness and learning to maintain it. In these sessions, I propose different breathing exercises to balance, relax and awaken your prana, your inner life force.

After these guided exercises, we receive the elixir of clear perception; we let go of direction and allow clarity to come through connected breathing. When we integrate our breath, we also integrate our emotions, blocks and memories.

It's a moment to do less and feel more, knowing that you have all the tools to go through what generates discomfort, confusion, chaos or pain, and allow the passage to inner peace, fullness, calm and joy.

The Autumn Equinox: A Poetic Embrace of Change

This event will feature a poetic dance with the equinox, focusing on the themes of transition and transformation. Using elements of meditation and breathwork, I’ll guide you to connect with your inner self and find balance amidst the changing season. Through guided exercises and meditations, you will be invited to embrace the earth, release what no longer serves you, and harvest the wisdom of your inner world.

This is what awaits you:

  1. Earth Embrace: As the world prepares for its slumber, we will root ourselves, reflecting the descent of the earth into stillness. With each conscious breath, you will sink deeper into this sacred connection.

  2. Letting Go of Leaves: Just as trees shed their leaves, we will release burdens that no longer serve us, creating space for the new and vibrant that will bloom within us.

  3. Harvesting Ideas: In the stillness of meditation, you will reap the fruits of your inner world, gathering wisdom from the fertile soil of your soul.

  4. Cosmic Balance: The equinox is a delicate balancing act between light and dark, a reminder of the duality that resides within us. Through breathing, we will find balance, our internal scales will be in equilibrium and ready.

  5. Nurtured Heart Space: We will nurture a space in the heart that overflows with compassion, both for ourselves and for the world, embracing the transformative power of love.
