The event is limited to 10 couples to maintain an intimate space. You will work with your own partner throughout the workshop in a safe and non-judgmental environment.

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement.
Please bring your own water bottle.
Make your space comfortable by bringing 2 yoga mats, one for each person, and 1 or 2 blankets and cushions to prepare your space and make it both comfortable and beautiful. It's a representation of your couple, so make it gorgeous!
